Our Instructors
Matt Tardio
Matt Tardio is a 15 year veteran of the US Army and a proud father of three. He served five combat tours across Afghanistan, Iraq, and East Africa as an Infantryman, Sniper, and Green Beret. He is currently in training to become a Police Officer in the beautiful state of Colorado.
James Hiromasa
James holds multiple third degree black belts including in the Israeli self-defense system of Krav Maga. He was among the very first instructors to be licensed to teach Krav Maga in the U.S. by Krav Maga Worldwide. He was awarded Senior Krav Maga Instructor status from the Wingate Institute in Israel, and is currently CEO of Colorado Krav Maga, which is among the most prestigious and successful training centers in the country.
Paul Gregory
Paul Gregory is Deputy Sheriff, SWAT Commander, and Firearms Instructor. He is the Training Commander and Academy Director for a major sheriff's office in the Denver metro area, and is owner and Lead Instructor of Gunfighting International. Paul has been in law enforcement since 1999, and is a certified pistol, shotgun, carbine, select fire, sniper, and less lethal force instructor.
Mark Williams
Mark Williams deployed on four tours in the Marines, where he served as Firearms Instructor, Security Team Leader to the President of the United States, Advanced Urban Combat Operator, Designated Marksman, and Infantry Squad Leader. He conducted maritime interdiction operations and gained combat experience in Afghanistan. He continues to serve his community as a Firefighter/EMT in northern Colorado.
